This pack does not satisfy a Joint Commission survey and does not satisfy the CMS Conditions of Participation — it helps a hospital prepare for both. Accreditation and certification are assessed against the whole organization by surveyors reading the hospital's own records.

Significantly — need T8 §3342 (CA Healthcare WVPP, more stringent than generic). Replace the generic WVP with the CA Healthcare WVPP product. Other elements adapt to Cal/OSHA with state-specific overlay.
