Universal healthcare OSHA mandates
Every healthcare facility needs BBP (1910.1030), HazCom (1910.1200), and Respiratory Protection (1910.134). Baseline.
Accreditation and CMS crosswalk
Shows a surveyor where the employee-safety evidence lives. The setting map names the accreditation manual that governs each non-hospital setting — Joint Commission Ambulatory Health Care, Nursing Care Center, Home Care or Behavioral Health Care; AAAHC; DNV; CHAP — the Medicare conditions a surveyor reads (42 CFR 416.54, 483.73, 484.102, 418.113, 491.12) and the appendix holding the evidence for each program, plus a worksheet for the chapter numbers current at your survey date. It does not assert compliance with any accreditation standard or Condition of Participation.

Not in base pack — CA's T8 §3342 is more stringent and its own product ($295). CA healthcare buyers should add the CA WVPP or substitute it for the generic WVP element.

USP General Chapter 800 covers hazardous drug handling — engineering controls, PPE, work practices, surface monitoring. Enforced by state boards of pharmacy and Joint Commission. The pack includes the USP 800 overlay procedure integrated with HazCom.
Does this work for small medical offices?
Yes — comprehensive but selectively implementable. A four-person physician office uses the core elements (bloodborne pathogens, hazard communication, emergency action plan) and records at Appendix A why the rest do not apply; a 120-bed skilled nursing facility needs almost all of it. The pack is written for non-hospital healthcare throughout, so a hospital should check its own Conditions of Participation and accreditation duties separately.
