Frequently asked
Does this cover Subpart Z standards?
Not directly — Subpart Z substance-specific compliance (Lead, Cr(VI), Cadmium, Beryllium, etc.) requires substance-specific plans. The Carcinogen Bundle ($2,499) covers 14 Subpart Z plans. Most manufacturers need this Manufacturing Pack + selected Subpart Z plans for their chemicals.
What about machine guarding?
OSHA 1910.212 (Machine Guarding) is a high-citation area. Pack covers machine guarding within LOTO and PPE Hazard Assessment programs.
Does this cover PSM?
PSM (1910.119) is a separate product ($699) — applies to facilities with highly hazardous chemicals above threshold quantities. Most manufacturers don't trigger PSM.
What about state-specific requirements?
Pack is federal OSHA. State-plan states (CA, WA, MI, MN, NC, VA, etc.) have parallel requirements addressed by the state-specific packs (Wave 3 Batch 3).
